Having a daily purpose that provides us joy is a major factor in how happy you feel. If you go to work every day loathing having to be there, then you’ll only become more and more miserable as the days go by.

They say that if you love what you do, then you never work a day in your life. This seems to be true since people who enjoy their jobs are excited to arrive every day.
